Organic Rosemary Leaves

Medicinal rosemary is both a culinary and a medicinal plant.
There are many species of rosemary in Israel and around the world, and all of them have healing properties.
It is very common as an ornamental plant in Israel, planted in gardens and along roadsides all over the country.
It is highly resistant to drought and air pollution and looks good all year round. This fact alone teaches us a lot about it. Even in the middle of a busy road, it will always be green and look strong and at its best.
Rosemary is a wonderful plant to start the day with.
It uplifts, opens, releases blockages and helps us get up and move forward.
It lifts the mood and gives us a new horizon.
Medicinal rosemary affects a variety of systems in the body, and its uses are many and varied:

• Rosemary protects the brain, improves its function, and boosts memory and concentration.
• It strengthens and disinfects the respiratory system, helps expel excess phlegm, eases breathing difficulties, and is beneficial in respiratory illnesses such as sinusitis, pneumonia and more.
• It is an antibacterial plant and can help shorten the duration of illness and help the body cope with disease.
• It aids digestion and reduces gas and bloating after meals.
• Rosemary has a stimulating effect on the blood, which makes it very effective for people with low blood pressure, people whose hands and feet get cold, and those with blood circulation problems.
Because rosemary raises blood pressure, people who suffer from high blood pressure should preferably avoid it or use it in a controlled way. The same applies to children.
