We are located on the sand dunes of Halutza near the town of Be’er Milka.
Shirat Ha’Midbar is a unique organic farm that grows medicinal herbs and spices, Moroccan Argan trees, table grapes, and various other fruits.
We attend to the plants utilizing traditional drying methods that preserve the flavor and active ingredients which contain the plants’ medicinal value.
Tours & Workshops
Shirat Ha'Midbar welcomes group visits. Each tour lasts approximately 90 minutes and is suitable for adults as well as children over 10 years of age.
