Organic black elderflowers

Black elder is a large shrub with white blossoms.
On the one hand, elderflowers are delicate and neutral in taste, but on the other hand they have a significant effect in protecting the body against viruses and easing respiratory allergies.
An elderflower infusion is effective for treating allergies that show up mainly in the face area.
It also treats infections and inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, high fever, flu and colds, bronchitis, asthma, runny nose, sinusitis and phlegm.
Black elder has antiviral abilities and it strengthens and activates the immune system.
Thanks to its neutral taste, it is also suitable for babies and children.

Our black elder is grown organically on our farm. It is hand-picked in the summer months and dried in full shade.
