Lemon essential oil

Lemon essential oil is considered a powerful disinfectant. It is antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial. It strengthens the immune system.

The oil has an awakening, stimulating, refreshing and purifying quality. It boosts vitality and relieves fatigue.

It also aids digestion, speeds up metabolism, and is astringent and diuretic.

The oil encourages concentration and memory, clarifies thinking, encourages a clear outlook on life, and balances states of confusion.

It lightens spots and renews tissue, so it is used to treat skin pigmentation.

Lemon oil is phototoxic (it increases the skin’s sensitivity to sunlight), so be careful to avoid sun exposure while it is on your skin. Use it on the skin only indoors or in the evening. Inhaling it is no problem.

Recommended combinations:
For concentration, combine it with rosemary.

For cleaning and disinfecting the home, it pairs well with tea tree.

For a calming, refreshing scent, it blends with lavender.

Do not use as an undiluted essential oil on the skin; use only diluted in a carrier oil.

For external use only.

Not suitable for babies.

Quantity: 10 ml

For an adult, add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil (about a tablespoon).
For a child over age 6, add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil.
For little ones, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to the same amount.

100% pure essential oil. Undiluted.
