Oregano essential oil

Oregano essential oil is an extremely powerful antibacterial. In studies, it has been found effective against a wide range of bacteria.

It also has antiviral and antifungal properties.

Used externally, it is effective when applied to inflamed areas (muscles, throat, abdomen), diluted in a carrier oil.

It can also be used internally, with caution. Taken internally, the oil is very aggressive and strong (it kills the good bacteria too).

Opens the airways and strengthens the upper respiratory system. Massage onto the chest and back, diluted in a carrier oil.

Excellent for digestive problems; eases gas and stomach aches. Massage onto the abdomen, diluted in a carrier oil.

The oil has a purifying, balancing quality. You can drip it into the air of a room or put it in an oil burner/diffuser.

Do not use as an undiluted essential oil on the skin; use only diluted in a carrier oil.

For external use only.
For an adult, add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil (about a tablespoon).
For a child over age 6, add 4-6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil.
For little ones, add 1-2 drops of essential oil to the same amount.

Quantity: 10 ml
