You can drink it as a hot infusion, and on summer days we recommend chilling it after preparing and drinking it as a cold beverage.

How to use:
Steep a teaspoon of the herbs in a cup of boiling water, cover, wait 10-15 minutes, strain and drink.
For healing purposes, steep about 2-3 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water, cover, wait 15 minutes, strain and drink.
