Ashwagandha – The Wonder Root

We grow it here on our farm in nurturing, organic conditions, and only after two years, when it is at its peak, do we pull it up from deep in the soil.

Quantity: 100 grams

How to use:
Simmer 1-2 teaspoons of root per cup of water in boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
We recommend drinking it 3 times a day.
You can prepare a larger amount and drink it throughout the day.
Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
Sweeten if desired.

Calendula oil:

Calendula oil nourishes the skin and makes it supple, preserves its natural moisture, fights inflammation and soothes the skin.
It is used to heal a variety of skin problems: wounds, burns, inflammations, scars, sun damage and stings.
Very effective at soothing itching, redness, dandruff, skin allergies, eczema, rashes and skin irritations.
Restores dry, cracked skin.
Because it is a gentle oil yet has strong healing abilities, it is also used internally: it can ease and heal mouth ulcers (canker sores) and ulcers in the digestive system (peptic ulcers), and has even been found effective against the Helicobacter pylori bacterium.
Excellent for restoring scars and stitches after surgery and after childbirth.
It is antifungal, so it helps treat fungal skin infections and also eases vaginal yeast infections (candida).
Also wonderful as a massage oil with a delicate scent.
A powerful yet gentle oil, so it is very suitable for children and babies as well.
Can be applied directly to the area.

Breeze In – Respiration massage oil for adults:

This massage oil is a unique product made from the desert origanum plant, a plant that grows only in the Israeli desert.
The oil opens the airways, acts as an expectorant, brings relief from a stuffy nose and allergies, and calms coughs of all kinds.
It strengthens the immune system, fights bacteria and viruses of all kinds, and restores the body’s own healing powers.
The oil is recommended for runny nose, cough (wet and dry), sinusitis, asthma, allergy, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia and shortness of breath.
How to use: Massage a few drops onto the chest and upper back, the forehead, and around the nose and sinuses.
You can also apply it to the inner wrists and the soles of the feet.
We recommend warming the oil between your hands before applying it to the body, for greater effectiveness.
The oil can be applied more than once a day. In acute situations, it can even be applied every hour or two.

Rue oil:

The rue plant has been a known medicinal plant for thousands of years. In the past it was used to cure illnesses, to drive away evil spirits, and for many other purposes.
The rue oil we make is made from the leaves and flowers of organic rue plants grown here on our farm, steeped in olive oil over a long period.
This extract is highly concentrated and has a very broad range of action.
Rue is suitable for ear infections, joint inflammation, muscle pain, herpes, fungal skin infections, hemorrhoids, blunt blows and bruises, menstrual pain, sprains and more.
For external use only.
Do not expose yourself to the sun after using rue oil.
Do not use during pregnancy.
