Volume: 30 ml
Herbal Infusions:
Steep 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of boiling water, cover, let sit for 15 minutes, strain, and drink. The two infusions can be blended together as needed.
Desert Oregano Oil:
Massage a few drops onto the chest, upper back, forehead, and around the nose and sinuses. May also be applied to the inner wrists and soles of the feet. For maximum effectiveness, warm the oil between your hands before application.
Frequency: Apply as needed throughout the day. For acute conditions, apply every 1–2 hours. Ideal for use right before sleep.
