Ashwagandha – The Wonder Root

The ashwagandha plant grows from India to Africa and is also common in Israel.
All the above-ground parts of the plant are poisonous (leaves, branches and fruit), but the root, by contrast, is not poisonous at all and has significant healing properties for people.
The root is known as Indian ginseng, and in Sanskrit it is called ashwagandha.
It has been used in traditional Indian medicine for hundreds of years and is widely researched today.
Ashwagandha has a strengthening and balancing effect on all the body’s mechanisms, on both the physical and emotional levels.
It brings new vitality and energy to body and mind, and helps the body cope better with the stress that is so common today.
The root strengthens the immune system.
It raises white and red blood cell counts and supports cancer treatment, helps with anemia and strengthens the digestive system.
It balances the hormonal system and strengthens the nervous system.
It strengthens male virility and the body as a whole.
It helps recovery after trauma and surgery.
Ashwagandha is one of the most widely used plants in herbal medicine, and it can help anyone today.
We grow it on our farm in nurturing, organic conditions, and only after two years, when it is at its peak, do we pull it from deep in the ground.

Suitable for adults and children.

The desert growing conditions create a high concentration of active compounds in the plants, and our special drying method preserves their active and volatile components.
All the plants are grown organically and harvested by hand, with love.
